We are now looking for an HR support for a part-time assignment with a municipal client in Gothenburg. Here you will work closely with HR issues such as work environment, recruitment, and personnel administration, while contributing to the development and strengthening of the organization's HR work.

About the assignment

For our municipal client in Gothenburg, we are seeking HR support for a consulting assignment while waiting for regular recruitment. The client wishes for the consultant to start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-12-31. The scope is approximately 50% of a full-time position, but the client is open to discussing the extent.

The work is performed on-site at the client's premises. More information about the client will be provided during the interview. Your responsibilities

In the role of HR support, you will work broadly with HR issues and be an important support to the organization in personnel-related matters. You will contribute to the systematic work environment efforts, support recruitment processes, and manage employment administration. You will also contribute to preparing the organization for the pay transparency directive.

Your qualifications

• university degree, for example, in human resources or equivalent education

• at least three (3) years of work experience from similar roles

• good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, etc.)

• good knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field
